I hired them to cater my wedding at the last minute on Fathers Day and on a very tight budget. I originally had asked my Sister, who is a great cook, to cater. But when I saw how busy she was coordinating the wedding and reception, being the Maid of Honor and just being my Sister...I had to take some of the weight off of her shoulders. JKO caters lunches at my job and I instantly fell in love with their famous kabobs.

"I have known Janiele Hodgson for more than 7 years.  From when she was answering phones and taking orders at another catering company and now as she owns her own catering company.

I have known few people in my career who have such a strong focus on customer service.  Janiele/JKO Catering are unmatched in attention to detail, sense of urgency, professionalism, and overall customer service.  I cater with JKO for everything I possible can (only when I only need food for 2-3 people am I forced to go a different route...). 

Often, I can call the day before and ask for "lunch for Dr. Smiths office, I don't remember the address, they liked what I brought 2 months ago, can I do that?" and she simply says, "I'll take care of it...". I am in sales, not in food service, but if the food I provide is not satisfactory, my sales message and consequently my sales can suffer.  Catering is necessary to do my job effectively, and with Janiele/JKO I trust her to provide top quality ingredients, wonderful recipes, and critical on-time delivery every time.
